Plan a trip

  1. New trip Destination, dates and travellers. The cover photo comes from the destination.
  2. Status Planning, Booked, In progress, Completed (green), Postponed or Cancelled.
  3. Upcoming trips On a computer, the card beside the hero counts down to your next trips.

Inside a trip

  1. Itinerary Numbered day cards on a timeline (or a calendar view). Add Day extends the trip. Rename a day, add links and photos from its ⋯ menu.
  2. Quick add Stay, Food, Transport, Activity and Photo chips add an item to a day; AI Plan suggests a full day.
  3. Tabs Itinerary, Details, Packing List, Gallery and Notes. The top shows days, cities, budget and spending.
  4. Share Invite co-travellers or share a read-only link to the trip.
